Having a wealth of experience in building and construction management, we can undertake from small through to medium sized new build projects. Jason Godfrey.
Operations Manager
Jason has been in the construction industry for over 18 years. Jason is in charge of the day to day management and ensuring quality customer experiences on behalf of GRID. This is where he thrives and he is renowned for his ‘down to earth, lets get it done’ approach. Jason is an experienced builder with complementary skills in employee and performance management.
Jason and Robert started R & J Building Services in October 2011. R & J Building Services now comprises of 20 direct employees, supported by a ‘family’ of subcontractors as needed. In the beginning, R & J started by focusing on carpentry-based projects and have now developed the business to cater for small to medium scale construction projects for Federal & Commonwealth Government departments, Tier 1 + 2 builders and Insurance Companies.
R&J Building Services are now in a position to complement and support GRID as required. Jason delivers expertise in;

Robert Woollaston.
Senior Site Manager
Robert has been in the construction industry for over 18 years. Robert has extensive experience in site management /on site operations and quality control.
Following many years working as a carpenter, Robert teamed up with Jason in 2011 to start R&J Building Services. R&J quickly built up a reputation for quality work and exceptional client experiences which led to growth in employees and expansion of services provided, which led to the creation of GRID.
Robert and R&J Building Services now work closely with and support GRID to deliver projects.
Robert delivers expertise in;
- Site and Safety Management,
- Quality assurance
- Project Operations
Robert has completed his Diploma in Building and Construction and Certificate 1V in Building and Construction

Jeremy Green.
Project Manager
Jeremy is head of all GRID projects and leads GRID’s project teams. Jeremy has been in the construction industry for over 15 years, having worked with a number of both Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies. His passion is to deliver projects on brief, on time and on budget.
Jeremy has extensive experience in the following construction sectors; Building, Mining and Minerals, Civil, Water and Rail Infrastructure. Jeremy delivers expertise in;
- Site and Project Engineering,
- Quality Assurance,
- Project Coordination,
- WHS and Risk Management,
- Subcontractor Management and Contracts Administration.
Along with this skillset, Jeremy promotes integrity and respect to all aspects of his life which translates to a respectable working relationship with clients and subcontractors; with the key focus being to develop long-term relationships both personally and professionally.

- Bachelor of Construction Management – Building (Honours Class I); The University of Newcastle
- Business Administration Certificate III
- Business Administration, Human Resource Management – Certificate IV
- Business Administration, Human Resource Management – Diploma
- Building & Construction Management – Contract Procurement – Certificate IV
